I am the guest editor of Issue #13 of the journal If It Walks Like a Duck and It Talks Like a Duck, It’s a Duck published by LIDA, Portugal. We are inviting contributions that explore the World Wide Web as a space for artistic expression and experimentation, bringing together perspectives from art, design, e-poetry and emerging technologies.
